No excuses we can’t do it (solid back up plan):
- Individual Disc Jockeys have “no emergency backup plan" when they have situations of illness, family emergencies or for those who do it on the side may not be able to get off their other job schedule change at the last minute.
- We are a full-time Event Production Company; this is all we do, so we take this very seriously and don’t do it on the side.
- Our “backup plan” consists of a very large network of experienced quality Disc Jockeys.

EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL DISC JOCKEY’S ONLY
• We do not employ or send out to events any D.J. trainees’
• Our DJ staff must pass written music tests, auditions, follow strict performance and general policies for employment and have a good appearance.
• Our DJ staff consists of no one under a minimum of 4 years’ experience with an average of 10-20 years’ experience.
• Our DJ staff is skilled in emcee capability, interaction, crowd participation, music knowledge, programming and beat mixing fundamentals for effective dance floor consistency and energy and must be very accommodating.
• Extra “interactive plus audience participation” is “available by request” when event applicable, examples include: icebreaker contests, interactive contests, line dance & other dances instruction, sing-a-longs & much more…….
• Our DJ’s play and perform to “your event” definition, purpose, theme and requests and not to selfish DJ needs.

PROFESSIONAL SET UP PROCEEDURE
- Sound Set Up takes 20 minutes, however, we arrive one hour prior to the event to do complete sound check and levels.
- This also allows the DJ to take a break before the performance starts as we take no scheduled breaks during performances.
